2. Services

2.1 Legal Services

We provide expert advice, document preparation, and representation for entrepreneurs seeking to establish or maintain their ventures.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and courses designed to support entrepreneurial knowledge and skill development.

2.3 Physical Goods

We supply printed materials and branded merchandise relevant to entrepreneurial legal needs.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon confirmation of service or purchase. We accept standard payment methods. Charges will be billed in full, and you will receive a receipt via email.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Services

Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted within 7 days of payment and prior to commencement of substantive work. If work has begun, we calculate compensation at our standard hourly rate and refund the remainder. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Services may be rescheduled at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Certain consultation packages are non-refundable due to the reservation of dedicated time.

4.2 Information Products

Refund requests may be made within 14 days of initial access. After access is granted, products are non-refundable due to immediate delivery. To request a refund, please submit details via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment channel.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To begin a return, complete our return request form. Upon inspection and approval, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. interactions are available based on stock.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Legal service appointments may be rescheduled without fee if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations beyond this window may incur charges covering preparatory work. Information products and physical goods cannot be rescheduled; see Section 4 for returns.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venture Legal Support’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
